Exchange Policy
At NOFS Tracksuit, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we provide a straightforward exchange process.
Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, and unworn).
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Exchanges are only accepted if the product is:
- Damaged
- The wrong size
- The wrong color
Exchange Process
- Contact Us: Email us at info@nofstracksuits.com or submit a request through our Contact Us form. Include your order number and describe the issue (e.g., damaged item, size, or color problem).
- Approval & Instructions: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to return the item.
- Shipping for Exchanges:
- The first delivery of your order is free.
- For exchanges, a €15 delivery fee applies.
- Customers must use a trackable shipping method to return items.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including damaged, size, or color issues. Instead, you will be offered an exchange for the same product.
Late or Missing Exchanges
If you haven’t received your exchanged item within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at info@nofstracksuits.com for assistance.
