You are only required to pay the product price displayed on our website—there are no hidden costs, customs charges, or extra delivery fees at checkout or upon arrival.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery time is approximately 10–12 business days worldwide. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

We cover all customs duties, import taxes, and delivery fees for every international order. This means you will never pay anything extra beyond the listed price of the product. All items are shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms in line with EU trade and customs regulations.

Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds. However, we gladly provide product exchanges under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or has an incorrect size.

• The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• An exchange handling fee may apply, and the replacement will be shipped once this fee is confirmed.

• We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet these conditions.

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, if the product is defective, not as described, or damaged upon arrival, you may still be entitled to withdraw from the contract or receive a replacement as required by EU consumer rights.
